2010 Appointments off by 1 hour in Exchange 2003 SP2. *fixed*

I recently noticed that all my reoccuring appointments were off by 1 hour from March 16th ish to April 5, 2010. I did some troubleshooting and determined that the issue was on my exchange server, not desktops.
I noticed from multiple pcs in outlook 2007 and through OWA and my windows mobile phone, that all of the appointments were off.
After applying this hotfix from Microsoft, and restarting the server. All new appointments now show correctly. Unfortunatly, it did not auto fix the old appointments. I ended up having to delete them and recreate them.
